After spending over a decade as a licensed general contractor doing a broad mix of new home construction and remodeling, I have unique insight into my clients' home buying process. One of the most enjoyable parts of this process for me is showing my clients a house and recognizing the future potential of their dream home. With my background as a general contractor, I have the extensive knowledge needed to guide my clients through their build process so they have the tools they need to make the right decisions. In my free time, you can find me staying active playing my favorite sport - hockey! I also enjoys spending time with my wife, Karla, our daughter, Emma, and our slightly overactive dog, Winston, at our small, off-the-grid cabin near Ely, MN, where we can be out walking the woods or paddling on the water, exploring and enjoying the beauty of Northern MN.

I am originally from New York, and only occasionally miss the hustle and bustle. After working in the retail sector, I fully committed to a new career path and began practicing real estate in 2016. This line of work fits me like a glove, as I excel at communication, and one of my favorite pastimes is driving while listening to podcasts. My wife Rachell and I have 3 daughters, Eleanor, Evelyn, and Emilia. I prefers to be active in my free time and love to play soccer whenever possible.

In my free time, to say I love to golf would be an understatement, I also enjoy soaking up all Minnesota sports - Twins, Timberwolves, Vikings - you name it I am a fan!
I live in Independence, MN, and love the small-town feel coupled with its proximity to the metro area. I am loyal, considerate, resourceful, and trustworthy, drawing on my previous experience as a pediatric nurse that provided multifaceted, compassionate care to sick children with highly complex needs.
Together with my husband, Juan, we have 2 boys who love to spend time at the hockey rink. They are 7 and 5 years old, and I fully embrace all their craziness. As a family, we like to spend summers on the lake and traveling, especially where they can find sun, water, and beaches. I am also a huge Vikings fan!

My wife Alyssa and I live in the Chisago Lakes area and have 3 wonderful children. Ages 4, 3 and 2; they keep us busy with preschool, gymnastics, dance and having fun with their many cousins. My wife and enjoy playing golf and pickleball together (when we can find a sitter haha). I also enjoy fishing, collecting sports cards and watching the Vikes!
